Stories can be created with words, with drawings — or both. ✒️✏️
In Bib Sophia Library, young people sat around the same table. They got to know each other, developed ideas, wrote stories, illustrated pages, and made their very own mini books guided by award winning children’s book author Tülin Kozikoğlu and illustrator Murat Kalkavan.
Here are some anecdotes from our tutors:
“You can take your character wherever you want because it’s your book. Of course within a certain logic, since you’ve already built your own system, coming up with an idea and being able to express it in a way that everyone can understand. I think that’s actually the hard part.” – Murat Kalkavan
