We had the pleasure of visiting master artisans Halit Kandemir and Eyyüp Sülü at Büyük Yeni Han, where the centuries-old tradition of silver craftsmanship continues to thrive.
What made this visit even more special was seeing, for the first time, a female apprentice learning the craft and carrying this rich tradition forward. Witnessing the next generation embrace this art form gives us hope for the future of the craft ecosystem.
